About Seminar:
"Electrically instructed persons" are non-electricians, who receive knowledge through both theoretical and practical instructions from an electrically skilled person to make limited interventions on electrical equipment, such as:

  • Cleaning electrical installations respectively electrical premises and closed electrical premises
  • Working near live parts
  • Determining the dead state (absence of voltage)
  • Actuating actuators which are necessary for the safety or function of an electrical system or equipment, especially those operations which are "occasional handling", it means, they must be carried out in the vicinity of live parts under voltage
  • Testing portable electrical equipment with suitable test equipment under the supervision of an electrically skilled person
  • Supervision and immediate control of closed electrical premises

However, they may not make any interventions in circuits, disconnect or connect electrical equipment, or locate or repair faults in electrical systems.
The allowed activities will be determined and will also be written on the certificate of assignment. The practical instructions for the electrical work to be carried out and the determination of which works may be carried out must be given by a professional supervisor (electrician or electrical engineer) of their company. The assigned activities must be listed on the certificate. These written activities can then be carried out independently.
